Here’s where you can find all the information you need about buying tickets for a show or event at the Belgrade.
The new Box Office opening hours will be in operation from 1st April and are as follows:
The Belgrade Box Office is open from 10am – 5pm or 15 mins after last performance start time.
The new Box Office phone line is open from 10.30am – 5pm or 1 hour before last performance time.
Booking early is the best way to guarantee the best seats at the best prices on your preferred dates. All ticket prices are subject to change.
Save money with a My Belgrade Subscription. Book an equal number of full price tickets, in all but the lowest price band, for 3 or 4 participating shows at the same time and save 15%. The disabled patron will need to sign up to our Access Register and provide proof of disability. An application form and further details can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
For more access-related information, please visit the Access page or speak to Box Office directly.

TicketPlan Refund Protection is available for most online bookings. We recommend that you include this option. Your tickets are non-refundable and this can protect you against cancellations resulting from accidents, unexpected illnesses and other specified unforeseen circumstances.
Full details are included in the TicketPlan terms and conditions which you can download at the bottom of this page. By adding TicketPlan Protection to your basket you are confirming that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions which we advise you to retain.
TicketPlan Ticket Protection is an optional service administered by TicketPlan and offered by the Belgrade Theatre on their behalf. It is not an insurance policy.
Please note: Ticket Plan costs £1.50 per ticket and must be purchased for all tickets in the transaction and cannot apply to individual tickets.

If you’re coming to a music show and want to dance, make sure you book a seat in the stalls section of the auditorium, and are considerate of other audience members around you. If you want to remain seated, we recommend you book seats in the circle where dancing is prohibited due to the rake of the seats making it unsafe.
There’s limited capacity in B2 so book early if you want a seat in the stalls.
All children under the age of 2 need a Lap Seat Ticket, which allows them to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian during the performance. You can add Lap Seat Tickets to your online booking in the Supplementary Events section during the online booking process, after you’ve selected your main tickets. Alternatively, you can contact Box Office directly.
Lap Seat Tickets cost £3.50 unless otherwise stated. Please note that shows may have a different specified age for Lap Seat Tickets which will be noted on the show page itself. Children over 2 may only enter the auditorium with a normal ticket.
You can enjoy shows from every seat in the main auditorium but the front row of the stalls and the boxes don’t always offer the best view. Boxes can only be booked via Box Office so we can discuss any sightline issues with you.
We have a limited number of booster seats which can be hired for £1 for children under 4ft tall. Feel free to bring your child’s car booster seat with you. Booster seats can only be used in the stalls.
Tickets are non-refundable but exchanges to another performance or to your account for use against a future performance, can be made for £2.50 per ticket, subject to availability. Any amendments to your booking must be made prior to the performance. We can’t make exchanges or alter your booking once the performance has passed.
The Belgrade reserves the right to alter discounts and prices at any time.
