Last week might have marked their last Create It, Share It challenge, but don’t worry – you can still get active with our friends at Ascension Dance this week as they lead the latest in our #CityWarmUps series.
At 8.30am on Monday 20 July, Ben will be helping you to get energised, focused and ready to face the week ahead as he takes you through a simple warm-up routine that you can follow at home.
