Moving Space Co's Mel Ahern kicks off People Like Us festival with this week's warm up
Today we’re kicking off Feel Good Community’s People Like Us festival with a warm-up by Mel Ahern from Moving Space Co.
Running from 6-12 July, People Like Us is a “Community-Powered Creative Health Festival” bringing local artists, community groups, creative practitioners, changemakers and members of the public together to celebrate the impact of creativity on health and wellbeing.

Moving Space Co. is a performance collective which runs dance, movement and yoga sessions for people of all ages and abilities, including adults and young people with a range of disabilities, learning difficulties and sensory and emotional impairments. Led by the community’s needs, the organisation’s guiding principle is that “everyone can dance”.
